Residential One, 25th & 26th April 2017, TBC

At this first residential participants will explore what a complex system is? ‘Home groups’ will be formed and participants will begin to apply systems thinking to ‘place teams’ own systems leadership challenges. Participants will also explore current thinking and practice in systems leadership and look at what it is like to work with different cultures across organisational boundaries.

As is customary at the Leadership for Change residentials there will be an external speaker on the evening of day 1, this will be a well respected senior figure in public services, with a particularly unique view on systems leadership and a wealth of experience of working across organisational and systems boundaries.

Residential Two, 25th & 26th April 2017, Leeds

The theme of the second residential is ‘Mobilising action across a system’.

Participants will explore power and relationship dynamics in systems, public value and review their own systems leadership practice with the help of 360 degree feedback reports.

Residential Three, 23rd & 24th November 2017, Leeds

The title of this third  and final residential is ‘Mobilising and Sustaining Change in Complex Systems’.

It is also an opportunity to review and reflect on the progress that place teams have made on their systems leadership challenge and on their own shared leadership practice.
