A new integrated programme for leaders in public services

The National Skills Academy for Social Care, NHS Leadership Academy, Public Health England, The Leadership Centre for Local Government and the Staff College, formally known as the Virtual Staff College (VSC), are collaborating on a single national programme, which will be the first of its kind in England.

Leadership for Change, is underpinned by the construct of Systems Leadership and, referencing new international research commissioned by the College, will offer new approaches to leadership relevant to the challenges of complexity and ambiguity faced by those leading public services today.
